About the Presentation:
The Consensus Statement of the Sisters of St. Joseph speaks of an “Ignatian-Salesian climate tempered by gentleness, peace and joy.” This presentation by Sr. Sallie Latkovich reflects on the inheritance the Sisters of St. Joseph have received from Francis de Sales and Jane de Chantal. Our charism and spirit are rooted in their spirituality. Sallie Latkovich is a Sister of St. Joseph, with a Doctor of Ministry Degree in Scripture and Spirituality. She has experience in higher education at St. Norbert College in DePere, WI, Barry University in Miami, FL, and Catholic Theological Union in Chicago, IL. After serving in leadership in the Congregation of St. Joseph, Sallie has now “retired” and resides in Ft. Myers, FL where she remains active in online teaching, spiritual direction, retreats, and presentations. |
